The Leland Street Cooperative Garden, in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, had long wanted a shed to store tools and equipment. Through the Timber Framers Guild, Adam designed a frame and organized a workshop for community members to build the new shed themselves. Everyone worked valiantly through a few days of heavy weather to a successful raising.
