Adam has had the pleasure of teaching the scribing curriculum at the Heartwood School for many years now. In these classes, students explore both structural and aesthetic considerations of framing with timbers of irregular, hewn, and natural forms. The use of plumb and level as universal references is emphasized through the application of the traditional French scribe and bubble scribing methodologies.
